1. Scope of Services
We provide professional web development services, including but not limited to:
Website design and development
Website maintenance and updates
SEO optimization (if applicable)
Additional services can be provided upon mutual agreement and may involve extra charges.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing clear project requirements before the start of the project.
Supplying accurate and lawful content (text, images, videos, etc.).
Responding to queries and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional costs.
3. Payment Terms
A fixed amout submission is required to begin work.
Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones.
No refunds will be issued once the project has started.
4. Revisions and Scope Changes
The project includes 04 revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
Additional revisions or significant changes to the original scope will be billed separately at an agreed rate.
5. Project Timelines and Delivery
Project timelines will be outlined in the agreement.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content delivery) may affect the timeline.
Once the project is delivered and approved, any additional work will be treated as a new request.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the website transfer to the client.
We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of data due to client negligence or third-party services.
Security breaches resulting from weak passwords or misuse.
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website.
For recovering after damage due to client recovering charge may apply.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms.
In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.
9. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and content provided during the project.
